FitBite provides tracking and informational tools only. FitBite is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a healthcare professional before making medical, nutrition, fitness, or weight-management decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You may not access another person's account or use FitBite in a way that violates laws or harms the service.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features, subscriptions, billing, cancellation, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled through Apple and the App Store. You can manage subscriptions from your App Store account settings.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse FitBite, interfere with the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Changes to FitBite

FitBite may change, add, or remove features over time. We may update these Terms when needed. Continued use of FitBite after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
